With the news of ablett out this week anyone with franklin thinking about making him captain this week has scored big against essendon in the past and now with no pears hard to see any bombers stopping him..

Yeah Forwards as Capt are to risky IMO. If the hitouts are not effective and the clearances do not make it into your 50 then it does not matter how good you are up front.
