Lose Bastinac and Masten from the midield

I am thinking of trading bastinac for jarrod KT from hawks before his big price raise and making about 150k and then upgrading masten who has been atrocious this year

yes/no/thoughts on the action apreciated

Can't really get a proper answer unless you say if you have made any trades yet. Too many trades will get people saying to save them, 1-3 trades might get mixed answers.

Could do it. Not sold on JKT's job sercurity. Brought in as an emergency for a ruckman last week. Would make sure he is named this week and see around on the net and try to get a hint on whether he'll stay in or not. For me, looks to be in and out this year but who knows except for Clarkson.

yeh im not convinced on jkt's security.. you've already missed the first week of lucas' price rise but i would imagine he has pretty decent job security the way he has been playing and will probly max out at about 250-270

Bastinac has solid job security and still has more money to make whereas JKT will be out of the team in a week or so I'm sure. Just be a little patient, there will be plenty of downgrade opportunities in the future.

Also if you're worried about Masten, keep and eye on Greenwood this week or maybe even when Palmer get's a game bc these mid-range cash cows, particularly Palmer could raise his price to a lower priced premium.

I saw Masten at a Perth Nightclub a couple weeks ago. My mate asked him to "Play better because your letting my dreamteam down."

Hilarious! Especially because i traded him out the week before for Judd.

I would be keeping Bastinac and looking to offload Masten

Masten has a BE of 96 with an average of 61, although he has lost you $14k for the season so not really a good choice - you get that when trying to work out which mid-priced players to get on at the start of the season

Bastinac has a BE of 16 this week with an average of 71. I would be expecting about a $20k - $30k price rise.
