You should probably just be happy that we played by far our worst game of the year, and managed to turn a 27 point defecit into a 40 point thumping. Having said that, GOOD teams can smash poorer opponents without playing their best footy, GREAT teams will play their best footy against poorer opponents and win by 100+ points, so Freo still have a few notches to climb.

we are not at the top of the table but if Geelong beat Sydney and O'Keefe plays well (DT purposes) and Carlton beat the Saints (go Eddie Betts) then we will be second and we beat collingwood next friday night at subiaco we will be a game on top of the table
