Nah, you don't. Go to profile page (top right) and click forum profile in the left side bar. Can choose your pic from there. Either upload one yourself or just use one given.

I think so. I had the same problem, that's why I went here http://resizeimage.org/ to fix it

Brat Pack brings the first moving DP, I was going t get one, but chose this. As to the DP comment i think maybe like over at the dark side DP's should be smaller until you have like 100 posts...
