I'm thinking Jobe Watson against Collingwood.

Reason number;
1. Collingwood dont have taggers.

2. If Essendon were to win, IF, then obviously Jobe Watson would be a big part.

Wellingham does the tagging for the Pies

Wellingham does do a little tagging but i see it more as a head to head sort of thing. He leaves his man and gets a few stats himself.

Happy Chappy's 4th week for me :D

People considering Browny (or any other forward) are taking a massive risk IMO.

Going for any midfielder is certainly a better option.

Problem with Brown is unless he kicks 4 or 5 goals he wont (well not likely too) get over 100.

Even if Melbourne doesnt have a super fantastic backline (or anything really) that doesnt mean he is going to kick 4 or 5 goals from marks.

but if essendon lose then your captain will only get 80-90

Perhaps. But Watson pulled 125 in a losing game to West Coast....

Im suprised that nobody has suggested Hodge vs North or

Pavlich vs Richmond

Based on current form I think that these are the 2 that would probably be your safest options

Who is your captain for round 5

I have goddard as C and Ablett as VC

will look into what they score against each club soonish

BratPack

I haven't decided yet, I will probably go GAJ but Hodge and Goddard are appealing choices as well

leighroids

I have locked in Pavlich as my captain.
Should have a massive one against the tigers up at subi on a sunday arvo. BTW, a freo game on sunday arvo at subi live on foxtel. For once something different. I dont think ive ever seen Freo live on foxtel on a sunday arvo. Has to be a first for me i reacon.   ::)

FactHunt

1. GAJ
2. Sandi
3. Brownie
4. Judd/Bartel/Hodge

Slashers

Ok, this could be my last week without Ablett.

Its an important round for me, I play my brother (the football legend) in the league and I need to start a bit of a climb back up the overall rankings.

So MUST nail a captain ???

Can anyone offer any tips (and reasons) for picking (or not to pick) any of the following;
Hodge
Brown
ROK

OR also considering;
Rischitelli (v/Melbourne)
Barlow (v/Richmond)

Currently have Hodge (c), Brown (vc).
