I am ranked about 4100 or something so do i play someone thats in the top 131000 or the bottom 131000?? I dont understand??

Weekly Ranking Top 131K play bottom 131K?? Think its randomly selected.

I also usually get a few easy games to start with- I'm pretty sure the pairings are like "1st vs 262,000th" or whatever, except based on the weekly rankings not the overall rankings.  I don't think it's completely random, or else I'm just lucky.
