I have been watching Raines closely and appears that he has lost his youthful speed and agility which impressed me during his time at Richmond. Is he as good as he is going to get at Brissy? or likely to improve to the level he once was at as he gets more game time? Comments?

i think he can only improve at the price he is but the extent of this is improvement is uknown. i think if you are looking at a cheap defender look else where. maguire, hunt, waters.

Yeh but i think if you majority of people have takin a risk on injury prone players like Malceski,kennelly macguire they have to have a crack at Raines i to like him but already have Waters and Maguire,if you need him as 7 or 8 def go for it.

Big blow to teams this week with Raines going down with a CALF injury!!  :'( No info on injuryupdate so no clue what to expect.
