I'm with Q, I don't like mid coach back coach etc. because a mid coach wouldn't be as high up at a club as an assistant coach.

Wooo lovin' it HP, I really like being a journeyman ;). Assuming it has something to do with the fact I've been going for so long? As for the whole how many posts to get the rank? I'm thinking from what I've seen so far 2000 posts = expert and 750 = forward coach.
