Is there anything better than beating the scum of Carlton?

Not in my book, hate them
love the fact we dominate them!

Dont you just love it when your cousin goes for carlton, and before the game he give you a text saying: Expect a call if Carlton win, and ofcourse they dont, so you write back. Carlton are bloody good

To be honest last year watching Essendon thrash Carlton on the Friday night and then watching Collingwood thrash Carlton on the following Friday night were equally enjoyable.

Don't get me wrong its nice to beat the Bombers but it pales into insignificance compared to watching those dirty, cheating, pious Blues getting spanked.

They are crushed this week..... many thanks Essendon. Long may it continue.

To me, beating the hawks is much sweeter ;D. beating carlton in 3rd behind collingwood ;)

CFC don't try and move the focus away from Essendon's triumph over the woeful Blues, there is plenty of milking to be done yet, it is only Tuesday afterall.

Maybe we could analyse why Carlton were so precise in picking their men out................. in the crowd?

Or perhaps we could discuss why your talls in the forward line like Eddie Betts were chased down by small young defenders like................ Dustin Fletcher?    ;)

beating hawthorn!!! i love beating Collingwood also, but hawthorn and carlton supporters are seeming to over rate their teams so much these days it makes beating them so much better!! as strange as it seems pies supporters seem to understand where their team is at at the moment!

Unfortunately ladder positions rarely count on ANZAC day. Huge disadvantage to whatever team is better that year!! (i.e. Collingwood this year). I'm nervous.

Last year I forgot about this rule, when Rocca kicked the goal (or didn't) that seasled the match I walked out the front door and just stood there until I thought it would be over, I walked back in the door as Zaharakis kicked the goal :D

I had friends who taped the game, and watched it a few hours later, about 5 minutes left in it, they rang me up to concede defeat and congratulate Collingwood. I told them to keep watching and hung up the phone.
