Tippett or Hall to Brown

I have sufficient funds to upgrade either Hall or Tippett to Brown, who of these two should I upgrade him to????????

depends, tippett and hall still have more to give. i would keep tippett as he should be a keeper. both these guys will be inconsistent but i would keep tippett if i was in your boots.
