Lost by 3 runs :(
Bowled first on a FLAT wicket and restricted them to 9 for 237, which was a massive shock to me! Then in reply was sitting pretty at 5 for 208, needing 30 runs from 9 when suddenly there was a 3 wicket maiden which left me rocked at 8 for 208 needing 30 from 8. Lost another wicket 2 overs later and was struggling at 9 for 214. Eventually fell just short with Rees being caught in the 47th over for 47. My top scorer was Rory Sloane who scored 82 runs from 94 balls, whilst my best bowler was another 20 year old, in Steve Raymer who took 3 for 43. He got the number 1, 3 and 4 batters out!
