looking at his wage his a while off spec so not worth too much
although u have 2 seasons to get him there and then power whore
also exp isnt the greatest so i wouldnt go more than 150k
i would wait

form has been reset looking at my team my ratings shouldn't drop too much only had 1 bowler drop 1 level in bowling summery and 2 guys (1x bat 1x bowl went up a level as they had average form before the reset) so happy with that  :)
