Personally I would keep him on strength / fitness training only, as primary training is extremely slow at his age. Depending on his sub-levels, it could take up to two seasons to get his primaries to spec/spec.

Yeah I agree with Baz here. At 27 he is too old to be training primary skills. His expert fielding is also very good so just stick him on strength training to boost his power, and with his gifted endo that should increase quickly too :)

What do you think needs improving?

I think he will not be playing any games anytime soon. However apparently he is SA's 2nd best AR  :o

As soon as he hits Spec/Spec I think he'll start playing games.
