End of over 40 (11 runs) - Ivybridge 1st XI(253-7) RR 6.32
R. Thomson 68 (53b) , B. Thomson 10 (14b) , W. Campbell 8-0-52-0

I should be able to reach this, got better batters compared to his bowlers

1.4   W   Zoidberg to Farrell : [runout] Sloane's overeagernes looks to have cost him his wicket. He was off to the races as soon as the ball left Farrell's bat and three quarters of the way down the wicket before he acknowledged the 'no run' signal.
R. Sloane run out (A. Arnold) 1 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:50.00

Not a good start. First time Sloane hasn't made it to at least 50 this season. And so this game is now over!

Cyrus

That ends the innings of Clyde Cougars. The Mearns will have a target of 270 to chase.

Just lost Jemmot, but Ismail will win me the game from here...

New Jersey Devils vs. PyroNerdsXI

First time I've ever played an official match against another FF team from memory. Should get my butt kicked pretty easy though.

Got home comfortably in the end, quite happy with ratings considering i was playing my ord/reas 16yo medium rather than my cap/rel FM :)

That win should see me pretty safe in div 2 for the rest of the season :)

Can't believe it, but I actually came away with the win!! Needing 24 off the final 2 overs Mashud hit 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 6 leaving us needing 8 from the final over which we got with a ball to spare!!

Steve Raymer picked up man of the match with his brilliant death bowling, finishing with 3 for 28 from his 8. In his final 4 overs he took 3 for 14! Farrell lead the chase with a solid 83 runs opening the batting, before Gul, Snijman and Mashud chased down the final runs.

Drop in ratings of 12k without Wilkinson and using 2 batters as bowlers. What I don't get about the orders was why did they give the bowling orders to the batters who were already selected in the default lineup without any bowling orders instead of to the 2 players who came in to replace them in the lineup? Surely they should have been given the bowling...

Anyway just glad I managed to scrape home the win in the end!  :)

chrisuzz

And you still rated better than me ::)
