His exp doesn't really matter as he'll play NATS regardless which will help him out... Plus his talent  :-*

He's on Fielding atm, then I'll probably go one Bowling then back onto Fielding.

But a lot of Nats have at least cap experience by the time they leave the youth squad.  His experience is prob what limited him to only going for $420k.  If he had cap+ experience I think he would have gone for a lot more.
