ok i loaded up a player
with
Bat - average
bowl- atrocious
keep - average
field - poor
end - ordinary
tech - average
power - dreadful

in superior if u left him on keeper-bat till 20 he would be
accom/accom/out with average field and average endurence
bat/tech/keep

Did you make sure you took prodigy or any other talent off? :)

Is it just me, or is there a significant lack of 16yo's on the market with decent skills. As I will never pull a good enough player to train up, my affiliate has no choice but to explore the transfer market for quality youths, but there isn't much on offer.

Is this being caused by an increased amount of managers who are choosing to invest in their youths, therefore electing to keep their good pulls rather than selling, or is the game just giving out more and more rubbish pulls?
