Play him 3 games/week - based on wage he's close to rel/rel

You could easily get him to accom/accom - w/ rel exp if you play him 3 games/week. You'd also get a bit of secondary work in probably. Depends on your academy. Considering the fact he's a WS isn't the worst overpay ever.

Shah popped in exp every 7 weeks, and I only played him twice some weeks... but yeah, can probably get him to rel exp week 2-3 of next season.
