His primaries were reas/avg, then had ord fielding, average power, but only dreadful endo, so I've had to spend a fair few training sessions getting that up to avg so he would be considered for tours...

Yeah you do, lucky you pulled him early in the season so you could train him heaps! Just leave him on batting for the next season and see what happens ;) The only downside is the power cos that's not something you want to train in the youth squad because it is pretty slow...
He looks quite similar to my 16 year old, but with better endo and a better talent :)

my YA only at excellent was superior but gone broke and it plopped a couple of week ago  :(
had to maintain both academies at a high level

My game against BP has finished and I won by 32 runs after restricting him to 4 for 295. 3 century makers in the match, 2 for me and 1 for BP.
