So in my stupid match against my affiliate their 50 overs eventually finished and they posted a score of 8 for 449!! The only decent bowler was Kaden Temiz who had figures of 2 for 53, every other bowler conceded at least 95 runs!!

In response I am currently sitting at...

End of over 9 (13 runs) - The Matchbox Matadors(57-0). 393 runs required from 41 overs. RR 6.33 RRR 9.59
B. Mlambo 22 (22b) , R. Maloney 29 (35b) , N. Mubashir 5-0-36-0

The only positive note from this game has been my fielding. From the 50 overs I had 20 great fieldings, 4 catches, 1 run out, and just 2 misfields and no drops! Compare that to my affiliate who have so far had 0 great fieldings/catches and 5 misfields and 3 drops!!

So your Affiliate will beat your Main??

CrowsFan

Certainly looks that way ;)

Cyber Sloggers won by 96 runs. The Matadors were bowled out for 353 in the 48th over...

Who were the 5 bowlers for your main side??

CrowsFan

My 5 specialist batsmen. As you can see none of them can bowl very well ;)

I know a lot of you are looking for decent 19yo.  I found an accom/reli LF with NBB - currently on the TM at $500k

Not worth that Valk. Costanza cost me $496k and he was acc/acc with reas exp and NBB talent. I know the TM has changed a bit, but I wouldn't pay $500k for him IMO.

Cookie311993

I wouldn't pay that for him either

valkorum

I am not saying that I would pay that much either but still a nice player.

With promotion pretty much assured, there are two battles going on inside the club of mine today. First one is with the batting:

1: William Wardlaw (PowerBugCC) 901 runs @ 81.91 with three 100's and six 50's.
2: Basil Peden (PowerBugCC) 832 runs @ 166.40 with five 100's and two 50's.
3: Niek Bleeker (Nothing Special) 698 runs @ 58.17 with two 100's and three 50's.
7: Janaka Vaishnavi (PowerBugCC) 576 runs @ 96.00 with two 100's and three 50's.

I opened Vaishnavi hoping that he could make big so i could get top 3, but he fell early for 7, Peden comes in at 3 to try and clsoe the gap to Wardlaw, but unfortunatley he only made 20. Arnostam my 17yo recently fell for 51, so i think Wardlaw has secured the top spot, although Peden and Vaishnavi will open next week just for one last grasp.

1: Harold Hutton - rfs (Voyage To Illumination) 30/411 @ 13.70
2: Dharmaratna Dorenagama - rfm (PowerBugCC) 27/322 @ 11.93
3: Shukla Mukund - lf (PowerBugCC) 27/373 @ 13.81
7: Douglas Oldfield - rm (PowerBugCC) 22/309 @ 14.05

Dorenagama and Mukund are just gonna bowl it out from the start, they both bowl five, have a 3 over break, then finish with their final 5. Oldfield hopefully takes some wickets in between. :)

End of over 21 (16 runs) - PowerBugCC(152-3) RR 7.24
W. Wardlaw 59 (40b) , B. Harku 12 (11b) , P. Nishantha 1-0-16-0

I hope to score 400, still have plenty of batting to come, my keeper is at 8 as his fatigued is energetic, even though it's near EOS i still want to try and limit fatigue. :)
