I would argue against that theory Cyrus.

If you have better bowlers than your opposition, play on a Flat or Hard wicket, that way your bowlers have a better chance of dominating. Better batsmen, choose a bowling wicket, one that doesn't suit the opposition obviously...

The only time I would choose a pitch that suits my type of bowlers is for the latter above or if the teams were ranked pretty evenly.

ranked 753 to 793 and out rates PB by 1k in T20 this season, in a T20 i would take the pitch that suits me better

PB should win but i wouldn't have left anything to chance in a T20
