So to summarise Cyrus' post for you CF and others...

What Cyrus was trying to say: I have cricket experience as I just played real cricket yesterday, I am going to have 2 beers tomorrow and not be on for a while as these 2 beers will cause me to pass out. So yeah bbl playing real cricket.

I think I'll go keeper-bat as that's what he was being trained on. He has 4.1K spare so maybe he's close to a pop in something...

I'll keep him on keeper-bat until he pops in all 3 prims and then give him 1-3 levels of fielding.

Nice keeper Nails. Good buy :)

Day 1 of our Sub district Grand Final yesterday
we made 256 batting first
Cyrus peeled off a lazy 115 opening the batting  8) first Ton for the club so came at the perfect time
day 2 today and i have to keep  :( legs are a little sore and I'm struggling to walk  :'( , will be a long warm up session for me this morning
will be a little inactive over the next day or 2 as i plan on not remembering tonight or much of tomorrow  ;)
defended 256 by bowling them out for 39 in just on an hour and a half  ;D
feeling good, but tomorrow is another day  :(

I think he is a very nice buy nails. I couldn't find anything wrong. Only weak thing is experience but still good enough for his age. Well done

Thinking of selling this guy. How much do you reckon I could get for him?

Hard to say CF. I don't spend a great deal of time around the TM of late, but I would maybe pay $100-$150k for him. Has low experience.

But again, I'm no expert...

6th (him) v.s. 8th (me)

This is the best chance I've had of winning in a while (won last week but I was outrated)

Can I win? Now that I've bought a keeper can I work my way from 8th and avoid relegation?

Can I win my second T20 game for the season which would also be my 2nd T20 win in a row?

Fingers crossed.

7.1   2   Texel to McDonald : [dropped] Oh dear. McDonald has sent the ball high into the air. Walkerden positions himself under it and... oh no, he's dropped it! Let me tell you, if looks could kill, Texel would be on trial right now...
    End of over 7 (10 runs) - The Nailers(36-2) RR 5.14
A. Yogish 8 (4b) , H. McDonald 0 (3b) , F. Qasim 2-0-16-1

4 fasties and I'm guessing a WS on this pitch

most of his players are tired, it's going to be an interesting game.

Thanks fletch. Was hoping for closer to 200k, but not actually sure if I'll sell him or not. Regarding the experience he has played 12 SOD games and 10 T20 games since his last pop so should be getting another pop soon.

It's annoying cos even though he is my best batsmen he just never performs at all. In my one day league this season he has so far scored 18, 0, 14, 10 and 12 for a great average of 10.8! ::)

I say he'd very likely go over 150K CF, more like 200-250K that you'd like.

If he went for 100K I'd be happy to have him in my squad at that price. I need batting depth.

End of over 20 (16 runs) - The Nailers(152-3) RR 7.60
D. O'Rourke 38 (19b) , H. McDonald 53 (44b) , N. Chowdhury 4-0-39-0

Beautiful innings from O'Rourke.

The question is can we defend this? I think it'll be a tight finish.

Well, as I said I'm not sure. I've only bought one senior in the last 2 seasons - Rajesh from Baz. I have no idea how this market is working ATM.
