Because Ash is a cheat. :x
I do think that at times. I noticed that at one stage Ash had bought 500k worth of players without selling any (in his affiliate). And something tells me his academies weren't on $0 either.

How le flower did he get that??

CrowsFan

My affiliate has about 1.3 million and i am investing in academies and my total sales is under 100k. Easy enough to get it PB ;)

Hmm, ok. That is now though. I'm tlkaing after about 1 month of affiliates being released. :-\ Maybe it's still possible, but it looked a bit off to me.

66* (52) for Rayne and 23 off 11 from Simon were big parts of why I won :)

Has anyone had something like this happen before:

10.5 1 Paramartha to Tonge : A touch short from Paramartha. He needs to bowl a little fuller if he wants to trouble Tonge.
10.4 1 Paramartha to Peden : A touch short from Paramartha. He needs to bowl a little fuller if he wants to trouble Peden.
10.3 2 Paramartha to Peden : A touch short from Paramartha. He needs to bowl a little fuller if he wants to trouble Peden.

Three balls in a row, same commentary.

End of over 20 (18 runs) - PowerBugCC(188-4) RR 9.40
G. Tonge 122 (70b) , B. Harku 4 (2b) , D. Brereton 4-0-46-0

Nice score, Tonge with another century keeping him on top of the individual run-scorers list for the comp, although on a flat with a very good opponent i don't know whether it's enough. This start certainly helps my case:

0.2 W Dorenagama to Nagaraja : [catch] That's the spot to bowl, and he's got his reward. Niggling line just outside off stump, Nagaraja fends at it and is caught behind.
D. Nagaraja c S. Watson b. D. Dorenagama 2 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:100.00

0.3 W Dorenagama to Jordaan : [runout] Cracking shot! No wait it's a wicket! Jordaan smashes the ball down the ground and sets off for a single. Mid on appears from no where, Gulliver sends Jordaan back, but it's too late. A direct hit from Ferrall has Jordaan shaking his head as he takes the long, lonely walk back to the pavilion.
J. Jordaan run out (J. Ferrall) 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

0.4 W Dorenagama to Iqbal : [catch] Gone! Sharp bouncer from Dorenagama and it nicks the glove on the way through, Watson makes no mistake and the umpire raises a pudgy finger. Gulliver consoles Iqbal. A near unplayable delivery.
H. Iqbal c S. Watson b. D. Dorenagama 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

Haha, you beauty Dorenagama!

Also, Ash and the Mods had the affiliates about a month and a half before every else did. They wanted to test it first. That's how most of them have good teams now...

Could someone apart of the Bermuda pcc side find out what's taking your captain so long with the fixtures. I sent him my thoughts yesterday on matches and no reply

Really. I thought it was a month  :-\

Shaggy

Nah mate. Just the week. And even that had people (certain ones lke CP, Baggy and N0blet) up in arms about how they had such a large advantage. A week isn't a huge advantage. It's 1 training session. lol
