Maybe because his manager is the windies nat manager so he asked the u19 manager to put him in the squad so he could sell him for more. As you can see he has never played a game for them and he isn't on the current touring party...

The bermuda PCC side is rather weak. Gives us the chance to play our weaker sides to make it fair and also allows them to get a game as they might not against stronger nations. Myself for example being the weakest aussie squad member atm
