What price would you want to pay for a rel/rel
depends on age, secondaries, experience etc.

Whatever a new player would be after

New Players often go after the wrong players Make sure you take note of fielding endo exp etc. and not just primaries :)

When i fiirst started i got a mentor helped me out as well as asking questions here
http://www.fromthepavilion.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2295&start=0 go to this thread itll help a lot

Itll all dpeneds how you want your squad to look in the end.

I reccomend investing $0 into your youth academy and trying to improve your senior academy as much as possible

roo boys!

shower pyro, I guess I did overpay then :-[ No players like that on the market lately, and if there were they would go for 300k :o

*cough*William Glove*Cough* he was 29 though :P But exp/exp/spec almost outs/outs/ spec bat/tech/keep, he only went for 63k :( had reliable power and fielding and outstanding endurance too :( ahwell! picked up by the england NAT asissatan someone realises his potential!!! :P ;D

BratPack

My team is flowered tonight. Literally 1 Batsmen from my first XI (Goodman) is probably going to play, the rest are scrubs and youthies. I wonder if I can beat Valk in ratings  :P

My oldest player is 17 and my best fatigue level is satisfactory - I think you got it covered :P

Got another tough T20 game today, playing Arnostam as per usual.

Home PowerBugCC
Away W&HCC
Ground The Equilibrium
League Twenty20 3.1
Date 21 Feb 12 05:30
Crowd 6,515
Weather Overcast
Pitch Flat

Perraton has called tails and lost the toss. Watson ponders for a moment before deciding to bowl first. W&HCC will start their innings shortly.

Not sure why i asked to bowl first, will make sure that never happens again on a Flat. My opponent i believe rates higher than me at no-fatigue, but with fatigue i think i'm a shot.

Me
4 rested
5 revived
2 energetic

Him
0 rested
2 revived
2 energetic
6 passable
1 satisfactory

Sick of the crappy weather in Scotland. It is always humid or hot, which makes it very hard to manage fatigue levels with players getting tired quicker! >:(

End of over 20 (7 runs) - W&HCC(171-5) RR 8.55
P. Miller 47 (35b) , R. Indrani 2 (3b) , D. Oldfield 4-0-29-2

That ends the innings of W&HCC. PowerBugCC will have a target of 172 to chase.

End of over 2 (1 run) - PowerBugCC(5-2). 167 runs required from 18 overs. RR 2.50 RRR 9.28
B. Peden 0 (0b) , W. Wardlaw 4 (7b) , R. Indrani 1-0-1-2

After the 2nd over i steadied very well to be 82/2 after 9. Just lost Wardlaw for 37 (28). Peden and Harku batting atm, with my reas/ord Youth in next :-\ If i can stick around then i believe i'll get 10po+ at the death, with it being a Flat and his side being tired. And there is still 6 overs of spin to come :D

Lost by 6 runs. Out-rated by 15k. I don't regret playing my Youth over my 30yo spec/spec batsman.

End of over 5 (19 runs) - Roo Boys!(67-0) RR 13.40
M. Brinkman 29 (15b) , R. Ali 35 (18b) , A. Behich 1-0-19-0

Got two players making their debut for me tonight, 20 yr old spinner Sathaye and my new keeper Shikuku.

End of over 20 (6 runs) - The Matchbox Matadors(178-4) RR 8.90
P. Skinner 38 (24b) , G. Warwick 19 (13b) , C. van Dijk 4-0-46-1

Happy with that score on a green pitch. Hopefully I can pick up the win against a team that rates higher than me when fresh, but team is heavily fatigued so should be closer...
