Richardson won't go for that much, he has all the wrong talents, a lowish wage and low fielding.

Texel isn't as good as either of the guys Cyrus mentioned above ::)

@ Cyrus - he just popped in fielding last week, so he really has a max of 5.9K spare ratings. Mostly on bowling training.

@Sid - serious? Texel - 4.1K SR about to be exp/exp RF, 37K total ratings

v.s. Chilvers - 1.6K spare ratings, 30.6 total ratings - although 1 year younger

So yes, his prims are a bit better, but he needs pretty much 2 whole seasons to catch up to Texel's primaries, by which time Texel will have him exceeded in primaries.

Sorry, I should have specified. I was talking about Black & Richardson.
Texel will never really be a great player...Exp/exp at 22 is really not very good, Neither is reas exp. Might as well go with the guy who will give you the performances now (Black) or go with the project (Richardson) - Don't want to get caught fishing in the middle.

He's better than Yogish. But you need to decide whether the money you spend minus the money you gain from selling is worth the improvement. ;)

If you guys had a p.o.s. YA but pulled like a reas/reas/reas bowl/tech/fielding LF prodigy, would you sell him or keep him?

Yes he won't be as good as he could be in an awesome YA, but w/ those skills and talent he'll become a gun regardless of what YA he's in, and training him yourself = saves you buying an expensive LF down the track. You can also play him in lots of games so he becomes super exp beast :D

Define p.o.s....but I'd probably sell, with the money I made off him I could afford to get the LF down the track. Or upgrade my academies so I got one later
