Why are you disappointed that you have so many on fielding.
The old saying "catches win matches" applies even more to FTP. Fielding boosts your rating up a lot in a little time and also superior fielding will win you 2-3 matches a season at least.

We play each other next week, but I'm playing my youth team in the PC so my team will be fatigued...

Well, I've decided I'm going to play full side in the PC this week, as I need the money from Gate receipts, and if I get through I'll play ML and have a chance there too.

I've all but given up on my SOD as everyone rates about 15k more than me, so I've decided I'm going to play my best 4-5 youths every week for experience, and get demoted :(
