Great skills but the experience would make me think twice about spending $400k.  Maybe $200k - $300k

Going to get lots of decent size crowds in T20. Sign up years for managers in my T20:

2007, 2008, 2007, 2009, 2009, 2010, 2011

Therefore some huge supporter groups in my T20 and I'm expecting some big gates :)

When I had 3 home games (all div 3) I would have gate takings of about $120k but then 3 away games would only net about $40k.  Just make sure you have plenty of bank roll to allow for the fluctuations.

Q, my wages are 10k more than yours (When Burgess sells) and I am rating 20k more. You have to train secondaries now when wages start to go out of control.
