I don't have an affiliate team as yet and was considering Canada. However you cannot ATM create a Canadian affiliate team. Is there enough time to create a team now and request the move that team to Canada before season end?

It is not clear whether Canada will be a country of option for next season affiliates  :-\

Yeah you would have time. If you create the affiliate team now you will get it in a day or 2. Then you can request the transfer before next thursday :)

:( ? Why not start one now Roo? Then you'll get 1 week of sponsorship (could be ~92K), an extra week to work on Academies, you'll get prize money and an extra youth pull. Not sure how you're doing it, could miss the sponsorship w/ no wages in week one too.

You're going to miss like 200-250K if you wait until after EOS, by my quick 10 second calculations...

From my experience you get your affiliate INSTANTLY.

the affiliate team must be created in a different country to your main team
you cannot transfer players between your main team and your affiliate team

The following costs/restrictions apply:

no you can t'fer to a new country the when that country is first created, i myself am t'fering my affiliate side to canada at the EOS

Nonono, if you read the actual affiliate thread on the forum it states along the lines of:

The only time you can transfer your affiliate is when new league countries become available.

i.e. you can move to Canada/Holland this year

Or if 6 seasons down the track USA gets a league, you can then move them to the US
