Money management.  I work out my finances so that I make a profit each week (except for 3 away games).

End of over 19 (8 runs) - Peters Pie Chukers(170-5). 9 runs required from 1 overs. RR 8.95 RRR 9.00
A. Jansen 0 (0b) , D. Flanagan 16 (10b) , A. Sreerupa 4-0-32-3

Need to win this to keep my slim hopes of promotion alive and this happens:

19.1   1   Deveney to Flanagan : [dropped] Dug in short and Flanagan skies a pull shot. Sweeney runs back, gets to the ball, but drops a tough chance.

Nails

19.6   1 W   Deveney to Flanagan : [runout] Caught ball-watching, slow to respond to his partner's call, run out by a metre. Dreadful running by Flanagan.
D. Flanagan run out (A. Ud-Din) 21 (14b 1x4 0x6) SR:150.00

End of over 20 (7 runs) - Peters Pie Chukers(177-6). 2 runs required from 0 overs. RR 8.85 RRR 0.00
A. Jansen 2 (2b), G. Lee 0 (0b) , E. Deveney 4-0-37-1

Won by 1 run, thanks to Ud-Din's beautiful run out :)

Nails, now i say this with all seriousness... do you wish you could have Ud-Din's babies and recruit them to your youth academy in 16 season time? Robin Williams wasn't this flamboyant about a man in the Bird Cage......

Do you need him for your last game to avoid relegation or get promotion? If not I would sell him now cos someone may buy him since they need that extra boost for their final match.

Exact reason I'm willing to spend ~25-50K (depending on gate takings this week) on a 30-32yo w/ outs/outs or spec/spec batting w/ HIGH power (or a couple players for 25K each)

I need it to boost NRR in case no.1 doesn't lose next week.
