What should I train next?

Fielding... Trains fastest at 16 so get it out of the way.

Disagree, as fielding is not as bad as the primaries when they get older. I would put him on AR until reas/reas/reas, then bowling until cap/rel, then fielding. Only needs one level of fielding for Nat level requirements.

Possibly, I haven't seen anything about that though. I have a avg/ord/avg with Gift Bowl in my Excellent YA who is increasing by 259 ratings each week, but that's with the Gifted talent. How much is going to the relevant skill I don't know...

with his spare rating and gifted endo i would do fielding as you may get a secondary pop on tech and endo then alt between bat bowl picking up the secondary tech pops on the way

Ord fielding ain't that bad, and would only take perhaps half a week longer at 18, than at 16 for a pop...

On the other hand, primaries might take another week at 18 compared to 16...
