Well he will be playing every youth game from now on so will leave the youth squad having played 47 youth games. Add to that a smattering of T20 and SOD matches and he should come out with average experience which is fine for a 20 year old.
Also chucked him in the player predictor and should be cap/rel/rel when he leaves which I think is pretty good for an AR. And that is with the predictor assuming he is currently at minimum base for each skill so should be better than that ;)

Predictor is also way to fast though...
Training always takes longer than what the predictor says.  ;)

I have often found it to be the other way round. Although I use it for youths and it seems to be more accurate at the lower levels :)
