Wookie I think sold up cos his team is full of just 21 year olds. For me I have always played a youth player in T20 (usually Wilkinson but he needed a rest so played Sloane) plus Temiz my 20 year old batting prospect, so batting ratings are low for me. Plus I sold Suri my AR star so ratings have probably dropped a fair bit from that.

Playing full strength I will prob be mid 150's ;)

If I can get a batter I should be 180s in friendlies  :)

Played fletch in a youth friendly last night. I batted first on a dry/humid and put on a total of 7 for 175. Farrell top scoring with 60, Wilkinson only scoring 15 :(
In reply managed to bowl out fletch in the 39th over for 159 so won by 16 runs.

Man of the Match
3. Myles Ramsey - 60 runs from 90 balls, plus 2 catches and 2 stumpings for fletch
2. Dilip Jafferjee - 2 for 26 from 8, getting fletch's opener and number 3 batsmen, also took a catch
1. Anthony Farrell - 60 from 101 balls opening the batting for me

Very close ratings there! Looking forward to our next battle fletch. Maybe at the start of next season? :)
Great game CF. Only had 2 19yo's in that match, so should be good next year ;)

Comfortable enough 22 run win. Rested Mabothe and farewelled Roberts, he took three wickets in his last match as I begin to prepare for next season.

http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=81897 - There is Roberts if anyone needs an old Wristie to try and get themselves over the line in promotion or relegation battles, or if you just want to bump him, I'd greatly appreciate that too  :P

We could have a friendly on Sunday to find out? Cos I'm not sure what I would rate now...

For anyone after a 16 year old for next season I have got this guy up for sale :)
http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=841968

I don't need him after just pulling a similar player, plus also buying a new AR. Had him for almost 2 months with only 1 pop in bowling so should be close to a tech pop ;)

Thanks hawka :)
Didn't really want to sell him but he wouldn't be getting a game for me next season so might as well move him on to someone who needs him ;)

Considering making an overpay for this guy:

http://fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=621178

I'm considering this idea: Buy 2 u19 NATs per season... I have already purchased Rik De Bekker... and because their wages won't be TOO high early on I could buy them for 4-5 seasons... Giving me a nice 10 u19 NATs + a couple fillers.

I'd try and get my SA up to a high level and maintain my YA at a lower level, as I'd be buying the 19yos towards the end of their 19yo life.

What do you guys think? Stupid overpay for that guy yes? Just thinking I could take his fielding to rel then train his primaries for 5 years...

I dont think you will be able to afford this guy and definitely not 2 x u19 Nats per season.

Not w/ my main side, but w/ my affiliate, who makes like 50-80K per week. We rolling in the money. My affiliate currently has 383K, despite having bought a 257K player 1-2 weeks ago.

bomberboy0618

You won't be making 50k for very long once the u19 nats wages go up.

Yeah, I realise that... I'll be getting more sponsorship money next season + the extra PM I'll get every season will help me make some decent $$$$

I'm tempted to just buy a few u19 NATs over periods of time and start developing some monsters, hope De Bekker can get an international match or 5 during the upcoming NAT matches. Training him on power as that's what the nat managers think he lacks. Though he needs a bit of fielding :(
