I should rate a little more since Wilkinson will actually be rested for a game for once! He has a very busy schedule ;)
In my 13 man youth squad you can add another 17 year old and 16 year old to my team. Sold off one of my 19 year olds last week and only dropped 1k in ratings bringing in a 16 year old. Looking forward to next season since my ratings will barely drop since I only lose 1 player :)
