My fatigue's fine on my 21yo bowlers Baz, but my bowlers have cap/rel endo except Costanza who only has reas, but he doesn't play every match.

My only bowler I'm having trouble with is Jhappan (satisfactory) because he is only rel endo for a 26yo, and is also my captain. He sat out last night, will in the SOD match too, and maybe evn the T20 again next week before he gets back to rested....

I may have to rethink my training plans Fletch. Most of my current 22yo's will be close to spec/spec by the end of the season and I was going to stay on primaries until they reach excep/excep, but I wasn't expecting fatigue to be such an issue just yet. I may need to adjust my plans and train a level or two of endo/power when they turn 23 and take a bit longer to push for excep/excep. I've only had 5 senior bowlers until now so they have been playing every match possible.

If your just trying to develop them into guns so you dominate when they are 25+ I'd experience whore them so they have excellent experience.

Nah my plan is to just train them up for about 1 and a half seasons and sell them at next EOS. I've already got my core group of senior players who I'm pumping experience into, the rest are purely projects to train up in my luxurious academy to make me some $$$.

I like training fitness Baz :)
Takes little time and is pretty important.
I wouldn't neglect it if I was you.

Bazinga

My current plans are to smash fielding & primaries til age 24, then move onto strength/fitness from there. This maximises their training capacity as primaries and fielding significantly slow as players get older, while power trains fastest from age 23 - 27.

I know fitness is important, but I am planning to build the strongest possible players for 3 - 4 seasons time, not now. I will have to slighly suffer with fatigue for a couple of seasons unfortunately  :(

roo boys!

Played a horribly fatigued team last night (didn't get time to set orders! :'() and lost :(
