Cook is about to pop to spec tech and not that far behind in experience so Guillard has some catching up to do since Cook beats him in ratings as well :P

Haha :P. I have 400k plus as generally stayed off the market this season. Academies will slowly eat that away so a prolonged Pav Cup run may help keep me afloat a tad longer (But never get home games >:(). In this market, best to keep your money close to your chest rather than spend overs on mediocore players, so could be a blessing in disguise ;).

paid 33k for him at the start of last season
reli/reli accomplished fielding at 21
so not great but being a spinner power not a worry and fielding being good so just pumping primarys
got him to outs/exp with accomplished fielding now at 22
not bad for 33k

His talents are pretty useless now that he is trained up, I'd take Accumalator Talent over both of them in the long term.

Yeh experience is they key for my team plans.
I want all my players to have Capable experience at the very least by 23yrs old.
Only guy with bad experience in my team is Lesnar haha.
Warnes is shower but he will be moved on at EOS.
