I currently play with a rfs, lws, rf, rfm and lfm.

But, am i right in assuming that now that King http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=516782 has popped,  it is time for me to start playing with a outs/exp 21y rm ?

Yes Luigi. But play to the pitch. If the pitch suits seamers (Uneven, Green) drop the rfs and play the rm. If it's a slow, drop the rfm and play the rm.

IMO play the left armers (Esp the lws) as they are given added bonuses for being more unique types of bowlers. :)

I don't think it'll matter too much, as you add more variety with the medium. Then potentially you'll have:
rf , lfm , rm , lws , rfs. Can't really get much better than that Luigi. :) Excellent patience shown by you there.
