Yeh I have 3 players who are taking longer than normal to recover.  It cant be age cos they are 25, 27 & 28

Ouch CF!!! Good luck in them :D. Just finished my last exam today (Physics) and now I sit back for the next 3 months 8).

im sure there was a way of telling how close you are to an academy pop though :-/

If you keep track of investments, probably! Or if you collect data from other managers :-\.

Most people peg an academy pop to come in 5 weeks if you invest 5k over the Improving++ investment price. If you keep an academy on improving, I've worked it out to perhaps be around a season give or take a few weeks (As I've never been precise).

well ive had it on improving++ since EOS?

Then should be quite close to a pop if it's been on that, usually 5-7 weeks (7 an overestimate I'd say).
