Was not interested in him cause of his ord exp... Skills are good but YUCK exp.

I sold some quality accom/accom 20yos last season because they only had ord exp...

yuck.

Was a decent prize... but really hate that exp.

Ordinary isn't that bad on a 20yr old.
If he gets a quick experience pop then he will look like a steal.

For a 20 year old ordinary experience is fine, anything lower you should stay away form though

I plan to do the same. Up to Reliable like the rest of my 20 y.o's when the time comes :P.

Exactly what I do. Then I play them and get them Reliable/Accomplished Experience by 24/25. Have got some 25/26 y.o's who I've done this with for Accomplished/Expert Experience so Ordinary isn't a bad starting point, but probably the lowest like CF said.
