Academy is a bit of an issue for you nails...
If I was you i'd sell Ud-Din for 300k.
Then use the cash to get that academy to Excellent.

I could sell Reardon/Sreerupa first...

Regardless of how much money I'd be making from their sale I'd be making ~10K per week after wages... and therefore be able (with gates) to imp++ my academy lieke every week :o
