It really isn't necessary. You only have a problem with one person, do you really have to go...

If you really want to know, I think this all a bit silly, leaving because you have a conflict with one person...

I've said this before. Just ignore the person (and same with the other person). Don't have to leave FF because of one person like Fletch said.

Nice player there Shaggy. Shame about his fielding. Otherwise he is a very solid prospect, but it will take the best part of two seasons to train his fielding up to an acceptable level.

Going to take the whole of this season plus the majority of next season to get him up to reliable fielding, so by that point he will be a 21 year old acc/acc player. Not all that great

But he will have reasonable experience by then and still has Gifted bowling, so once he is at the point that I need him at, he will then be stuck on primaries for eternity. So in-fact, he is a good target. Everyone seems to under-rate Gifted talents. :x

Id rather have my guy. Much more rounded player my guy is.

Gifted primary talents are very handy for younger players, but for 21+yo's they don't really have a lot of benefit because primary training slows down significantly with age. A 21yo with a gifted primary talent on primary training only trains about 10 points higher than a 21yo on the same training who doesn't have a gifted talent (and thats in a decent academy).
