Indeed they are. Kroger though has pretty low Experience, Power, Fielding and Fitness for his age (Capable Endo/Field is what I want with my 20/21 y.o's :o). His secondaries are below average for his age but can smash Power/Fitness now :-\.

Harris in same position with Power and Fielding. I much prefer Harris although he's a batsman. Age one year younger and better experience/endurance. Fielding will take maybe 5 weeks to pop and then can go Power full out.

Market is going dry a bit so can understand why these players will come into contention.
