Only 1 team gets promoted now in all leagues.
Looks like because I missed out on promotion in SOD last season (thanks to the stupid best team in the comp losing in the final round to the team in second when he should have won >:() I will be stuck in div 4 for a while. There are some very strong teams in my league so considering jumping ship to a new nation at the end of the season. Unsure at the moment what to do...
