Sweeney is the one I'm talking about... Simon I'm taking to Spec/Spec then working on power... although may work on fielding in the mean time...

Sweeney doesn't need power, especially at 21yo.

All my friendlies are rand/rand now and always were unless I knew the person I was challenging me had me outrated by ~12-20K

I didn't outrate you by that much, and yet you challenged me with your wicket/weather conditions...

That was my first ever match with Sreerupa... I had challenged you before I purchased him, therefore at the time you outrated me at least 10-12K

Sreerupa replaced a cap/rel summary bowler.

Wow great ratings to start the youth season HP! :o
You will easily crack the 100k considering I rated 84k in my first match last season and got there even though started playing a weaker squad ;)

Your Youths last season were great, deserved it ;).

I am hoping to get some 16 y.o's during the season to keep ratings over 80k over several seasons (hopefully 90k if cash allows). I don't mind wages as long as I can get some Seniors out of it with minimal cash spent on Youths.

What should I train him on?

Go some Fielding or Keeping. Fielding will help as it will constrict the amount of byes he gives. If he bats middle order, then could leave Power for now (like I did with a FM of mine until 24 :P). Dreadful is bad but if he's in your squad for the long term, don't need to train it now.
