I bought an Acc/Acc 21yr old with Gifted Batting and Opener Talent + Reasonable Exp.
The owner said he is very close to a batting pop :)

I paid 255k, but worth it as I now have Heppell and Recard, both with Opener Talents  :D
It also kills me to announce that I will be selling Brock Lesnar.
His wage is a killer, and I think I can round out my squad more evenly with the cash.
I will however be changing his name before he sells, so I can name someone else Brock Lesnar :P

I really wanted Jimmy Recard, mostly for his name. I love Drapht :)

The final should be a good match though. canada worked hard beating UAE and NZ in the finals to make it but Australia have gone unbeaten since losing day 1. Should be a good game I reckon

TBH I wouldn't/don't spend 300k on a player unless I think I can get at least 5 FULL seasons out of them. When I say full I don't mean 31 with expert endo meaning he can play 2 games a fortnight.
Then again I've only spent over 300k on a player once :P That was Mike Pyke MANIA. Next in is Ronan O'Brien. Should get 10 seasons out of both of them though.
