I just realised, the majority of my team have turned 30 this season :o I have some pretty good prospects coming through, but I don't want to have to basically clear everyone out and start again like many others have, so I will be searching a few 20-23 year old prospects this season and a few 25-28 year olds to take over the reins next year (but that will be at EOS of this year season)

I'd say 100k max. His secondaries are average, especially fielding and experience. I wouldn't go for him at that age as a Rel/Rel 20 y.o (with same secondaries) could be bought and made into that 1-2 years younger. Just my thought, although if you badly need a FM, understandable.

Keep it to aside and watch the market for bargains.

Tend to get a few slipping here and there, especially in times when nobody is on (e.g Night time).
