He's solid Q. Maybe up to 250k depending on how badly you need a Batter. Solid 2-3 seasons from him.

Hey if, i say go undefeated and finish first in say T20, next season, will I get promoted to the same league compared to if i finished first, but lost a few?

It's random I think. will go up a division but not sure which actual division you are put in (e.g 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, etc).
