Then you can either go a keeping pop or go to Acc/Acc

You probs only need Capable Fielding, Reliable Max. Keeping you want to go as high as you can.

I would get his fielding to capable, then put him on keeper/batsman training. If batting or tech pops first, keep him on keeper/batsman. If his keeping pops first, then train his batting/tech until they both pop, then back onto keeper/batsman training. Also try to train 1 level of fielding each season.

This should see him somewhere near outs or spec primaries and expert fielding when he turns 25. When he turns 25 you will need to smash his power.

Hope that doesn't sound too complicated   :P
