It's not so much the fielding, more the experience.
Experience can't be fixed, as simple as that. Only buy players with decent experience.
Eg. Ave+ at 21, Reas+ at 22, Cap+ at 23

Your whole batting line up isn't better pb. Skill wise how many of your batters are out/expert at all let alone at 20. He is worth more than 1k as well.  50 -60k max.  Experience being low brings the price down.  Alot of managers don't worry about fielding if primary are set which they are with this purchase
