What would you train him in? And would you take him to spec/spec?

CrowsFan

I would train him in fielding BB :)

Putting Cartwright on aggressive orders has worked a treat

4.2 W Cartwright to Brady : [catch] Short of a good length delivery on the stumps, Brady makes room and takes a swing. The ball clips the top edge and balloons up to mid-on.
L. Brady c S. Vettel b. J. Cartwright 11 (11b 1x4 0x6) SR:100.00

4.5 W Cartwright to Morgan : It was full and reversing in, with Morgan looking to play through the on side. He misses it completely and it strikes the pad low down in line with the stumps.
X. Morgan lbw b. J. Cartwright 20 (20b 1x4 1x6) SR:100.00

6.4 W Cartwright to Walker : Cartwright musters up all the effort he can and fires in a toe crusher. Walker obliges by getting himself in line with the stumps and the umpire raises his finger.
E. Walker lbw b. J. Cartwright 4 (5b 1x4 0x6) SR:80.00

End of over 7 (6 runs) - Kamikaze Crushers(41-3) RR 5.86
S. Khan 3 (7b) , B. Collins 1 (1b) , J. Cartwright 2-0-13-3

Jay Cartwright  =  LEGEND    :-*

I would take him to at least outs/outs before anything else.  He is still only 20

Thats only 1 pop so shouldnt cause too many problems.  I would focus on primary's for next 3 or 4 years then work on secondaries.
