I had agent on him until like 140-150K and some n00b outbid/agented me... so when I logged back on I decided I'd try and make him pay more... he didn't have his agent high enough...

Meh I'll take an excep summary in only cap form player anyday, though I dare say I'll get outbid...

My team is pretty much set for the time being. Will just use my academy to improve my younger players and build up secondaries and should find my ratings improve . I bought in a lot of experience half way through the season

Nails thats an overpay. Just aim for players a bit younger. He is going to get you no where.
By the time you reach a competitive division he would be plopping..

Yeah I know :( I wanted young... need 1 more solid player to have my best chance at promotion... my main opponent rated 150K in his SOD in my friendly I rated 145K... I really need to promote so I can reach div4 and start earning srs $$$

But I didn't want to pay anywhere near that much for him, trying to make the other nub's agent pay heaps lol

I bought 2 29 year olds this season to help out my side push up get more wins and improve supporter base. They will be the backbone to help me promote next season as i will be throwing PC matches

Nice strategy cookie. I'll also be aiming for a 24-26yr old batter just to give me a bit of force in my lineup.
Seem to collapse a fair bit with the younger blokes.
